How The Mind Works

  • 11 Learned Behaviour Classifications

Learned Behaviours are developed to support a Subconscious Rule a person creates in response to a situation or experience they don’t understand. A better safe than sorry approach until more information and understanding of the situation or experience can be learned so that the person can make an informed decision on whether the Rule is still accurate, valid, required or needs to be modified or deleted.

Oh! Wait! Humans tend to not know what Rules they have created and Why they created them. If you don’t know what your Subconscious Rules are, then performing a regular review and maintenance of your Rules is probably out of the question. Rules created by a young child can tend to stay with them for life.

Learned Behaviours are much easier to observe and understand than their underlying Rules that give rise to the Behaviours. Science has developed many classifications of Learned Behaviours such as:
    Autism

    ADHD

    Anxiety

    Anorexia

    OCD

    Depression

    Entitled Brat Syndrome
    Victim-hood
Identifying Learned Behaviours can then lead to identifying the Rules that created them.
